Mandy Caldwell, Co-Founder

Mandy is a strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding growth and execution for over 200 organizations across technology, healthcare, consumer brands, and professional services. She specializes in building high-performance digital ecosystems that deliver measurable results, not just compelling presentations.

Her expertise spans digital strategy, integrated marketing, web platforms, content, campaigns, SEO, and analytics. Mandy is known for her ability to cut through complexity and transform fragmented challenges into clear, scalable systems that drive visibility, engagement, and revenue with discipline and focus.

Raised in Madison, Georgia, Mandy brings a values-driven approach shaped by hard work, integrity, and accountability. That same straightforward mindset defines her client partnerships and leadership style. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kelley Swann, Co-Founder

Kelley brings more than 20 years of experience building brand identity, communications systems, and content ecosystems across tourism, entertainment, healthcare nonprofits, and major healthcare organizations. She has a gift for turning complex organizational needs into clear narratives that people can understand, believe in, and follow.

She is an experienced leader in strategy, implementation, PR, crisis communications, internal communications, and relationship management. She has helped executives, physicians, employees, and stakeholders navigate change with clarity and confidence during some of their most important moments.

Kelley was raised in Maryville, Tennessee, and carries those Southern values with her every day. Faith, family, and doing the right thing guide how she shows up in her work and in her life. She loves black coffee, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and spending time in the Smoky Mountains. She is happiest surrounded by her husband, two boys, and the family pets.
